When can I switch without a cancellation fee?
Under PUCT customer rules you can usually switch in the last 14 days of a fixed-rate contract without an early-termination fee — check your contract's terms to be sure. Your dashboard and calendar show that date for every contract you save.
What happens if my contract ends and I do nothing?
You usually roll onto the provider's month-to-month variable rate, which is often much higher. Save your end date and we'll remind you 30 and 7 days before.
How do I add the dates to my calendar?
Open Dashboard → Calendar and choose Google, Apple or Outlook. It is a subscription, so new or changed contract dates appear automatically.
Where do I find my contract end date?
On your welcome email, your monthly bill, or your provider's online account. If you only know the start date and term, enter those and we calculate the end date.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any contract from your dashboard, or delete your whole account from Profile. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
