Smart Meter Texas CSV (monthly billing, daily or 15-minute), another CSV with a date and kWh column, or a PDF bill with a usage history. Max 10 MB. We read it in memory and do not keep the file.

How to get your Smart Meter Texas file

  1. Sign in at smartmetertexas.com (free; you need your ESI ID or meter number from a bill).
  2. Open the usage report, choose "Monthly Billing Information" (or Daily / 15-minute) for the last 12 months.
  3. Export as CSV and upload it here.

Smart Meter Texas covers Oncor, CenterPoint, AEP Texas and TNMP. Lubbock Power & Light customers can use a PDF bill or their provider's usage download.
